Teen and adult dancers of all shapes and sizes are invited to join this engaging, challenging ballet class. This intermediate level class is geared toward dancers who have at least 2 years of experience in any form and will include a short somatic warm-up, a vigorous ballet barre, a series of strengthening exercises and center and across the floor combinations.
