The Board of Directors currently meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30 – 8pm. Board meetings occur at 304 Division St.

Board terms last three years and board members may serve two consecutive terms.

Guild board members shall adhere to the Board’s bylaws, which include expectations for regular board meeting attendance, frequent participation in Guild activities, the maintenance of an active Guild membership, and willingness to provide an annual donation at a level that is meaningful to them.
