Call for Teaching Artists – For Our Visual Arts Program

We are seeking experienced visual artist educators to lead classes and workshops as part of our visual arts programming. This page outlines opportunities for artists with teaching backgrounds to share their expertise, guide creative exploration, and engage learners in meaningful, hands-on visual arts experiences.

Teaching with us offers the opportunity to work with a diverse community of students while contributing to a dynamic and supportive arts environment. We are particularly interested in artists who have prior experience teaching in classrooms, studios, or workshop settings and who are comfortable adapting instruction to different skill levels, and fostering inclusive engaging learning spaces.

We welcome proposals across a wide range of visual arts disciplines, including but not limited to drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and mixed media.

Teaching artists will lead visual arts classes, workshops, or short courses designed for a range of audiences, which may include youth, teens, adults, or intergenerational learners. Classes may vary in length and format depending on program needs and proposals.
