Dance Aerobics

Get a great cardio workout by using dance moves from Salsa, Bellydance, Swing Dance, Soca, and more!  Ab-work and variations on boxing motions are also incorporated in routines.  This class is great for all fitness levels and no previous dance experience is needed.  Movements can be easily modified to suit your abilities (including high-impact movements such as skipping/jumping).

Bring to class: A mat or towel for ab-work, clean dry tennis shoes.
