Events for December 2, 2022 - November 30, 2022

The 18 Harmonizing Movements of Qi Gong are practiced in unchanging order. Each  movement is a small poem that references an element of the natural world. The practice is done in silence, guided by breath, and cultivates an awareness of and compassion for all living beings.
