The WOW Mobile Metal Lab and Show, a city bus turned metal workshop and foundry, brings the cast metal process to you! In this all hands-on, creative and exciting class you will carve an original design (or choose from a selection of symbols and imagery) into a cuttlefish bone to create negative space for your two-piece mold. That space is filled with lead-free pewter to create your small sculpture, pendant, jewelry, keychain or charm. You pour the metal into your mold, do finishing work with hand files/power tools and apply colored inks if desired. Choose from metal/wood/stone bases and jewelry hardware/findings. No experience necessary. Ages 10 and up. Limited to 12 participants.
