In a Pilates class with Jody, you will be invited to find more JOY and creativity with your fitness practice. Through Pilates, we will flow through all planes of motion, check in with our posture, balance, breathing and flexibility. In class, we will deepen our strength with our abdominals, find movement in flexion and extension, enhance our flexibility and connect with our breath. Pilates is a beautiful mind-body movement practice which invites us to listen to our bodies and move with more ease and strength. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, with variations and modifications offered. If you’re ready to create more balance from within, this class is for you. Ages 12 and up. Please register at least 24 hours in advance.
