Dance? Exercise? Yep and yep! Salsa, Samba, Bellydance, Swing….. we do it all and we get a great cardio workout too! A bit of ab-work and some boxing motions are thrown into the mix too. This class is great for all fitness levels and no previous dance experience is needed. Movements can be easily modified to suit your abilities (including high-impact movements such as skipping/jumping). Bring to class: A mat or towel for ab-work. Clean, dry tennis shoes. Class length (active): 40 minutes
