Annual Members Meeting Friday, September 23 from 6 – 7 pm
At this meeting we we’ll:
- Revisit our accomplishments during the 2015-16 season
- Review the financial state of the organization
- Conduct official business:
1. Approve 2015 Annual Members’ Meeting minutes
2. Approve addition to by-law Article IV.B.:
“Should the Board members’ term end in the middle of a fiscal year, the board member may continue to serve on the board until the end of the fiscal year.” - Celebrate our extraordinary Volunteers of the Year! Richard Collman (Board & Fundraising), Rafael Estrella (Clay Studio), Carl Henry (IT Support), and Phil & Joy Peterson (CVRO)
- Look forward to what’s in store for the 2016-17 season
Refreshments and light appetizers will be served.
