There are classes for everyone at any level of experience and age!

Summer Art & Art History Camp (weekly options from June – August)

Embark on a unique artistic journey with Northfield Arts Guild’s Art & Art History Camp, where we’ll explore the captivating theme of ‘Memoryscapes.’ Rising K-12 artists will delve into how memories shape our perceptions, translating personal experiences into visual art. Discover diverse art styles, create your own ‘Memoryscape’ masterpieces, and showcase your work in a real art exhibit. This camp is a blend of art history, creative expression, and personal storytelling.

AM programming includes a more focused learning experience dealing with the camp theme “Memoryscapes” and will focus on specific projects developed throughout the week that will be showcased in a final exhibit. *Projects for each session noted below programming dates.

PM programming is more exploratory and will feature open studio time. Artists will get to explore a variety of two or three-dimensional media. We will do some walking field trips around the downtown area to visit local artist studios.

Lunch & Recess will allow kids to walk to central park (weather permitting) and eat a home lunch. There will be free play as well as some outdoor art activities available to kids. Must be registered in AM and/or PM programming.

Registration is ala carte. You may choose any combination of AM/PM/Lunch & Recess. Each option is M-F. All sessions in the art studio in the lower level of the Arts Guild. Age based on grade level going into the 2025-2026 school year.
