Kids, Middle and High School clay classes, Session 1

This course will cover foundational musicianship skills including reading notes on the staff, interpreting rhythm and time signature, understanding articulations, dynamics, and other musical symbols and terms. For beginners, ages 8 and up

Zumba improves cardiovascular health, tones and builds strong bones and muscles, and relieves stress!

We invite you to take time each Sunday evening to slow down, connect breath to movement, and restore energy for the week ahead.
