Back for another summer of electric blue leotards and hot pink leg warmers, it’s Monday Movement Medley: Totally 80’s Edition! Dancers of all shapes, sizes and levels of ability are invited to stay on top of their dancer game this summer in our Monday Movement Medley class. This one-hour class is geared toward dancers who have at least 2 years of experience in any form and will include a short somatic embodiment warm-up, a vigorous ballet barre set, a series of strengthening exercises and a yummy yoga sequence to help keep fluidity in your muscles. All classes will be taught online and will once again feature tunes from the 80’s to keep your nostalgic summer vibes strong. Grab a chair, a yoga mat, a scrunchie and join us!
