Introduction to Baile Folklorico: In this lively online class, students will learn a few basic Folklorico dances from the states of Veracruz, Jalisco, and Sinaloa as well as folk dances from Central and South America. Designed for ages 6 and up.
Baile Folklorico Mexicano- Repertory and Review: In this quick-moving online class, students will review classic Folklorico dances from the states of Veracruz, Jalisco, and Sinaloa, as well as expand their repertoire with dances from Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas. The sessions are designed for ages 9 and up with previous Folklorico experience, however, all ages and experience levels are welcome. Shoes with 1 to 2 inch heels are recommended but not required.
