Veteran Site Artist and Director Stephan Koplowitz is producing The Northfield Experience, a site-specific, immersive performance event using the town of Northfield, MN as its canvas and inspiration. Audiences will experience a series of interlaced performances of theater, dance, visual installations, and digital media taking place at several locations throughout Northfield. This performance event is inspired by the history, architecture, and unique community of Northfield. Koplowitz is collaborating with St. Olaf and Carleton Colleges and the greater Northfield community where the spirit of history, industry, and scholarship thrive and will engage students, alumni, and professors from both colleges, in addition to members of specific Northfield institutions and businesses. The Northfield Experience will be a unique, one of a kind performance event and experience, not to be missed!
This is a progressive venue production. Most locations are within walking distance, but an ADA bus is available upon request.
The production begins at The Grand Event Center, 316 Washington Street, Northfield, MN.
Carleton and St. Olaf students may attend the 6pm Thursday night dress rehearsal for free with student id.
