DESCRIPTION:We still have a few spots for youth interested in this workshop! All ages are welcome but the workshop is focused on ages 7-14. \nExperience the magic of bringing a character to life! In this FREE workshop\, you’ll work with multidisciplinary artist 2Fik to create a new persona then use various forms of media to visualize them. Please bring a sketchbook and drawing materials; limited wardrobe will be provided. Please email megan@northfieldartsguild.orgto reserve your spot. \nAbout 2Fik \n \n2Fik is a multidisciplinary artist who is at Carleton College as an on-campus artist in residence this fall. His work combines simultaneously photography\, video\, modeling\, and performance art. In the same way that he deals in the multiplicities of forms\, he tackles the multiplicities of identity. Whether he is directing the camera or the subject of a photograph\, 2Fik confronts the boundaries placed around identities and the expectations on gender.
