DESCRIPTION:Production:  An Evening of Fear: a NAG LAB production \nDirector:  Russ Paladin \nAudition Dates\, times:   Wednesday\, September 6.  7:00-9:00pm: come anytime during this period.  If you can’t make this date/time\, please contact Rachel@NorthfieldArtsGuild.org to set up an alternate audition slot. \nAudition Location: Northfield Arts Guild Center for the Arts\, 304 Division Street S.\, Northfield.  Upstairs dance studio. \nAudition Requirements:  nothing to prepare in advance \nSummary of the Show: An Evening of Fear consists of two one act ghost/suspense stories: The Monkey’s Paw by W.W. Jacobs and A Drop of Water by Anton Chekov (both adapted and directed by Russ Paladin). \nRehearsal information: Rehearsals begin September 12. \nPerformance dates\, times\, location:  Thursday\, October 19 and Friday\, October 20 at 7:30pm \nCharacter breakdown: Auditions are for the following roles- \nThe Major (male able to play age 40-55): straight forward\, world weary\, a man of duty\, all about doing the right thing.  In The Monkey’s Paw \nThe Witch (female able to play 50-70):  evil\, malevolent.  A non-speaking\, but physically challenging role on stage for nearly the entire show.  In A Drop of Water \nThe Servant Girl (female able to play 15-25):  unsophisticated\, vulnerable\, superstitious.   In A Drop of Water
