This workshop introduces techniques for capturing and conveying an idea\, an image\, or a story in a concise and powerful way so it can be shared—now and in the future. Come with a memory and leave with a first draft and a clear sense of where to go next. The workshop will include time to learn\, practice writing techniques and an opportunity to share if you like. SUMMARY:Handbells and Oddballs: The Northfield Handbell Ensemble & Friends
DESCRIPTION:The concert will showcase music by Dave Brubeck\, Edvard Grieg\, and George Gershwin adapted for handbells\, as well as contemporary music written for handbells. The handbell choir will share the stage with a clarinet trio\, a trombone quartet\, and a recorder quintet. Poetry included. The concert will be at 7 p.m on Saturday\, April 8 in the Arts Guild upstairs performance space.
