SUMMARY:A Watercolor Gratitude Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the season of gratitude through the mindful practice of watercolor. In this 2.5-hour creative process workshop\, we’ll use artmaking to slow down\, reflect\, and connect with thankfulness. We’ll begin with gratitude leaves as a warm-up and group sharing\, then move into creating personal watercolor mandalas as a way to explore balance and reflection. To close\, each participant will paint and personalize the cover of a seasonal gratitude journal\, which can be carried forward into daily life.
