DESCRIPTION:Build your stamina\, strength\, balance and speed as we continue on our pointe journey together. This class is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers who are ready to commit to the discipline and study of pointe. Classes include a pointe warm up\, longer combinations at the barre\, center and across the floor as well as stretching and strengthening exercises. Dancers in this class must have at least 4 years of ballet experience and instructor permission to join. Ages 14+. \nDesarrolle su resistencia\, fuerza\, equilibrio y velocidad mientras continuamos juntos en nuestro viaje de puntas. Esta clase está diseñada para bailarines de nivel intermedio y avanzado que estén listos para comprometerse con la disciplina y el estudio de la punta. DESCRIPTION:Teen and adult dancers of all shapes and sizes are invited to join this engaging\, challenging ballet class. This intermediate level class is geared toward dancers who have at least 2 years of experience in any form and will include a short somatic warm-up\, a vigorous ballet barre\, a series of strengthening exercises and center and across the floor combinations. Focus will be on growing technique and grace as we work together on building our ballet vocabulary. Ages 14+. \nSe invita a bailarines adolescentes y adultos de todas las formas y tamaños a unirse a esta clase de ballet atractiva y desafiante.
