SUMMARY:CVRO Concert: Messiah
DESCRIPTION:CVRO presents its third iteration of Handel’s Messiah: Christmas Edition! Once again the concert features guest soloists\, including soprano Paula Lammers\, mezzo soprano Deesa Staats\, tenor Bryan Reed\, and bass Rodolfo Nieto\, and the Hymnus choir from New Prague. The concerts are sure to provide a wonderful holiday tradition for the whole family to enjoy! \n*****With the impending snowstorm\, we want to keep everyone safe! The CVRO will decide by 5 pm tomorrow (Saturday) on whether or not to cancel Saturday’s concert at St. Dominic’s Church which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm. Information will be posted on the CVRO and Northfield Arts Guild Facebook pages\, cvrorchestra.org and northfieldartsguild.orgwebsites\, and information will be submitted to local radio stations KYMN (1080 AM/95.1 FM) and KCHK (1350 AM/95.5 FM).\nFriday\, December 9\, 7:30 pm- Cathedral of our Merciful Saviour\, Faribault\nSaturday\, December 10\, 7:30 pm- St. Dominic’s Church\, Northfield \n\nAdvanced sale tickets are $15 for adults\, $10 for students and seniors. “Pay-what-you-want” tickets will also be available at the door.
