Calling all Northfield (and surrounding area) playwrights! The Northfield Arts Guild Theatre plans to offer a “one act play festival” in the spring! Want to write one? This is the class for you! Our instructor, Kristine Holmgren, will explore principles and practices of writing for the theatre. Each class will feature “table-round” readings of your work. Content: scene creation, character development, dialogue, plot design, storyline and theme. Holmgren promises to delve into the basics, provide feedback and coaching and lead you to a final product – a “ready for stage” one-act play! Ages 18+
