SUMMARY:Folklorico 5/6
DESCRIPTION:Students will polish and expand their skills in footwork ensemble\, and choreography as they learn dances from Guerrero and Sinaloa as well as other classical dances from Mexico’s Baile Folklorico tradition. Shoes and costumes will be provided on loan for all youth\, as well as practice skirts for girls. This class is taught in Spanish and English. Instructors: Ana Baez Fredrickson and Kate Stuart. Ages 12 and up with permission of the instructors.
