We are excited to present this online education programming! Classes taking place are dependent on enrollment – so please register! If for any reason classes cannot take place as scheduled, we will work with you to offer another online class option, reschedule the program or refund you in full.

CLAY ORNAMENT WORKSHOP
NEW ONE-DAY ONLINE WORKSHOP! Learn how to make ceramic ornaments using clay and cookie cutters! In this fun and easy workshop led by Glynnis Lessing, you will learn how to roll, cut and decorate your own ornaments using texture, colored underglaze and process called Sgrafitto where you scratch through the colors to make images and designs!
This one hour workshop is suitable for all ages, and will be fun for siblings or the entire family. We recommend a parent or sibling assist any youth under age 6. Ornaments will be fired and ready for pick up on December 16, making your ornaments the perfect holiday gift! When you register, you’ll be able to order more clay for a reduced price for family members working alongside you.

OPEN CLAY STUDIO
We are thrilled to announce that our clay studio is reopening with limited capacity and availability beginning Wednesday, Sep 2nd! This open studio is for experienced ceramic artists to come in and work. There is no instructor or studio monitor present, and strict safety and cleaning procedures will be in place.
All participants must read the new protocols prior to signing up for a time slot.
For the safety of our staff and other studio members, failure to compile with these protocols will result in suspension from Open Clay Studio. These protocols will be updated as new information and procedures become available – please review them regularly as you attend Open Clay Studio.
Punch cards include one bisque and one glaze firing, and use of the glazes. A 25 lb bag of clay is sold separately for $16/bag. Prior to coming to clay open studio, you must attend an orientation.

As you sign up, be mindful that with only one person allowed at a time, we need to make space for all those interested in coming in. Please sign up for one slot at a time. If no one has signed up for a time slot 24 hours prior to an Open Clay Studio time, you may then pick up a second time slot.
