A Crash Course in Beat Poetry
THROWBACK CLASS! In this introduction to Beat poetry, you’ll discuss form and function, characteristics, style and significant words. Once you have an understanding of historical context and have identified the major players of the generation, you’ll produce your own poetry based on the aesthetics and principles of the Beats! Ages 14+.
